1. 機械設計制造及其自動化、機械工程、機電一體化等相關專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷。

2. 具有2年以上配電系統(tǒng)結構設計經(jīng)驗，熟悉開關柜產(chǎn)品的結構特點、工作原理和制造工藝，有完整開關柜產(chǎn)品結構設計項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

With more than 2 years of experience in power distribution system structural design, be familiar with the structural characteristics, working principles, and manufacturing processes of switchgear products. Those with experience in complete switchgear product structural design projects are preferred.

3. 熟練掌握三維設計軟件（如 SolidWorks、Pro/E、CATIA 等）和二維繪圖軟件（如 AutoCAD），具備獨立完成復雜結構設計和圖紙繪制的能力。

Proficient in 3D design software (such as SolidWorks, Pro/E, CATIA, etc.) and 2D drawing software (such as AutoCAD), with the ability to independently complete complex structural design and drawing.

4. 熟悉機械強度計算、有限元分析等技術，能夠運用相關軟件進行結構性能分析和優(yōu)化。
